We promote heritage and culture in our small rural village – Finuge. The festival includes a wide variety of what is best in our traditional arts, music and dance. The highlight of the weekend is the Ballad Competition. The Festival can re-energise the community and helps to keep our little village alive. The Community celebrate the enormous contribution Sean made to his local Community. And his enduring legacy to the importance fo the Irish Ballad and the importance of the Irish Ballad in the hearts and minds of the Irish People Home and abroad.
