Karen is a poet and short story writers and her work has been widely published. Karen is author of two books of poetry, Fingerprints (On Canvas) 2005 and Between the Lines 2011 both published by Doghouse Books, Tralee. Karen has won both the Nora Fahy Literary Awards and the Listowel Writers’ Week single poem competition. Her poetry has featured on the RTE 1 Arts Programme Arena. She has read her work in England, France and Belguim. Karen also has an interest in Photography and some of her work has appeared in RTE as well as literary journals.
